A. In order to successfully use the ADP, your computer must meet the following minimum requirements (revised: 24 October 2018):
Supported desktop web browsers* For web browsers with a rapid release cycle, including Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera, please use the latest supported version from the browser manufacturer.
Supported desktop operating systems* NOTE: Due to the large variety of Android devices, it is possible that certain untested device configurations may exhibit unexpected symptoms. If you encounter problems, please contact ADP Technical Support with information about your device (make/model, browser, and version of Android OS). If you experience extended issues on your device, we recommend using a desktop computer.
Additional requirements:NOTE: Some firewall software has been known to interfere with connectivity to the ADP. If you experience trouble connecting, but can still connect to other Internet sites, please try disabling the firewall software, or adding the iatfadp.com domain to the firewall's exception list.
A. Your web browser's security policy is preventing your computer from accepting what are called "cookies" from the registration site. These are markers used in the registration process in order to track your progress through the registration steps. If you have access to a different computer with a less restrictive security policy, or have another web browser installed on your computer, this normally solves the problem. If you are using a corporate computer and cannot change your computer settings, please contact your local IT department.
A. Before you can be granted access to the ADP, your CB must approve your registration and provide payment for the Sponsorship or Initial Annual Fee. If you added additional CBs after registration, at least one of these CBs must provide payment before you can enter the ADP. Once payment is received, you will receive notification via email that your access has been granted.
A. Language selection is made by the auditor during registration, and is intended to be a permanent selection. For non-English languages, the ADP offers a "Translation View" feature that allows you to compare your selected language with the original English text. However, if you wish to change your primary language, please contact IATF ADP Technical Support.
A. This server selection should be made based on the physical location of the auditor who will be taking the training and assessments. If you will be accessing the ADP from primarily within China, please select the "China" option. If you will be accessing the ADP from outside of China, please select the "Interntional" option, even if your selected language is Chinese. This will help improve the speed and reliability of connectivity for all auditors.
A. Simply click the "Forgot your password?" link, or visit the Password Reset page.
A. Payments submitted via bank transfer are processed manually once the payment has been received and cleared. This may take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days after payment was sent. Once the payment has been received and processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your paid invoice. Any auditors whose access has been granted will also receive an E-mail informing them that they can now access the site.
If it has been more than four weeks since your payment was sent, please contact Purchase Support at purchases@iatfadp.com, providing your Invoice Number and other relevant information, and we will investigate the status of your transaction.
A. As an auditor, once you log into the ADP website, select the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose "Organization Assignments" to request sponsorship by additional CBs. Alternatively, your new CB can now complete this process on the ADP Admin Site; please provide them with the email address and Auditor Number you currently use in the ADP so that they can complete this process.
A. If you have any questions or concerns about the ADP or the Online Registration process, please contact Technical Support at techsupport@iatfadp.com. For questions about the IATF, or the Auditor Development Process in general, please contact your local Oversight office.
